This image is from the cover of Sunrunner's Fire by Melanie Rawn. The full cover can be found here: Image:Sunrunner's Fire.jpg It is the third book of the Dragon Prince trilogy and of the Dragon Prince series. This image depicts Lord Andry of Goddess Keep, as can be seen by the ten rings he wears (basically it's NOT Ruval...don't know how someone got them mixed up).
