Ruth Elkins

Ruth Elkins (born 17th September 1978) is a British journalist who often writes for The Mail on Sunday , The Independent on Sunday and The Independent.
In 2003 Elkins was dubbed the "Babe of Berlin" following a column in The Independent on Sunday in which she complained that German men could not flirt. A nation-wide campaign was launched by German news magazine, Focus, calling on German men to "apply" for her heart. The resulting story can be read here: [1].
Born in West Sussex, England, Ruth Elkins is a graduate of The London School of Economics and Kings' College, London.
