Russell Harrower, born in February 1988, was in foster care till 16. Russell who now owns Queer FM with his partner Peter Bassett-Scarfe. They started Queer FM in September 2005 and formed Queer Entertainment Pty Ltd in late 2006.

Russell who is now 19 and lives in Perth, and hangs out @ connections and the court hotel on saturday and sunday.

Russell also as a website russellharrower.com which is about what he thinks about the world and gay and lesbian issues.
