High priority because the article covers taxation in Russia. However, the article is a stub so the article could go in two directions where one direction is a mid priority article while the other remains a high priority article. The mid priority article would be one that focuses on the code itself and not taxation, which would ideally have separate articles on the different sorts of taxation in Russia. A high priority article would cover all the major forms of taxation contained in Russia's tax code.EECavazos 17:09, 11 November 2007 (UTC)
