Russell 'Hooker' Renfrey (born August 11, 1923) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for Geelong in the VFL.
Renfrey was a ruckman and was noted for his tough style of play. He was a consistent performer, appearing 201 times for Geelong but never once for their reserves outfit.
He was a vital memember of the Geelong side which won back to back premierships in 1951 and 1952. Renfrey represented Victoria in the interstate football during the 1948 season.
