Russell Arch (born June 14, 1970 in Willows, CA, USA) is a director/writer/animator who lives in Los Angeles, USA.

  • Arch is married to actress Lisa Arch.
  • He stands 6'3" (190 cm).
  • Directed Dan Whitney Larry the Cable Guy in a series of promos for Blue Collar TV, in which Larry was "cut into" existing scenes from One Tree Hill, Smallville, and Gilmore Girls.
  • Co-created the pilot "Harsh Reality" with Kevin Healey and Scott Hallock (Scare Tactics) in 2001.
  • Arch created The Pat Kilbane Show out of his home office, and eventually sold the project to Comedy Central.
  • Is a completely self-taught animator.
  • His animations have been featured on several "best of the internet" related TV shows in 2005/06.
