This alphabet image should be recreated using vector graphics as an SVG file. This has several advantages; see Commons:Media for cleanup for more information. The purpose of these images is to replace some extremely rare unicode characters with Images that can be used in their place. In this case, the Runic Futhorc. I have used the Anglo-Saxon names as I had to use something, but they should be easily adaptable.
