Rumjungle nightclub
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
rumjungle Las Vegas is a restaurant and nightclub built as a part of the Mandalay Bay Casino and Resort original construction. As a concept, rumjungle has a dual identity and leads a double life. On one hand, it is one of the original Las Vegas ultra nightclubs and has consistently made the Nightclub & Bar Magazine list of the Top 100 nightclubs[1] in the United States; and on the other hand, it has consistently been in the top 20 of Restaurant & Institutions Top 100 Grossing Restaurants[2] in the Unites States.
To add to the list of rumjungle superlatives, it is the largest Brazilian (Churrascaria style) restaurant in the world, and with over 250 selections, it offers the largest and most comprehensive rum list of any restaurant, bar or club in the world.
Renowned designer Jeffrey Beer’s tropical fantasy is a 20,000 square-foot spectacle for the senses. Guests pass through a 22-foot tall wall of fire and are met with the cool rush of a waterfall followed by a spectacular three-tiered dining area. The exotic á la carte menu features such delicacies as Blue Corn Fried Calamari with dangerous salsa and cilantro-ginger pesto, and Cuban Coffee Smoked Ribs with guajillo BBQ sauce. From the Brazilian Rodizio-style “fire-pit,” signature entrees include Wood-Fire Mai-Tai Cured Island Spiced Salmon and Huli-Huli Rotisserie Chicken with a Pineapple Teriyaki Glaze. At night, rumjungle turns into a nightclub considered to be one of the hottest in Las Vegas, featuring the world’s largest and best rum bar, measuring 144 feet long and 19 feet high.[3]
