Should we create a new article called "Musanze?" That is the city of Ruhengeri's official name now. If there's not enough information about the city itself, I propose that we at least change the opening paragraph, which claims that Ruhengeri is also the name of the city within the region. Sorry, my mistake; since writing the last bit, I was in Rwanda, and I discovered that I was incorrect. I had been under the impression that the city and the district both changed their name, but the city has indeed remained Ruhengeri. 75.71.32.186 16:50, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
