[edit] Cheers
It's nice to meet our French Counterparts in Wikipedia.
Le rugby est un symbole universel de l'amitié.
I could use all the help on editing LNR Teams. I love the French style of Rugby, even though it hasn't fared well for you this 6 Nations.
Cheers,
- not only for the french team...
We have created players from 35 countrys, we have more players from Wales in the french wikipedia...
We have 1000 players... And we want to go on...
We like en.wikipedia, it.wikipedia, ...
Rugby is a fantastic shield of values... and we learn a lot when we meet british people, when we read british articles...
A bientôt...
Amitiés rugbystiques...

[edit] CfR: Category:Tasman Rugby Players
Would people from this Portal mind commenting on the proposed Category name change from Category:Tasman Rugby Players to Category:Tasman Makos Players? The discussion can be found here. Thanks! -- SatyrTN (talk | contribs) 14:10, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
- Actually, the proposed name is Category:Tasman Makos players, note the lowercase p. I neither created nor populated this category. However, it showed up on the uncategorized categories list and I did try to make a place for it. One thing I don't understand. Why is the article named Tasman Rugby Union when the team is named the Tasman Makos? -- ProveIt (talk) 20:10, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Women's intrenational rugby
The IRB list barely 50 women's internationals on their database. I have now managed to trace well over 600, played by over 40 nations, since the first game in 1982 - but there are still gaps. Can anyone add any more information to Women's international rugby? Johnlbirch 10:30, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Collaboration of the fortnight
WikiProject Rugby union's collaboration of the fortnight is now Frank Hadden. Please get editing! - Shudda talk 23:00, 8 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Portal peer review
[edit] Portal:Rugby union
I believe this article meets to featured portal criteria, but would like some feedback. It is kept up to date, is attractive and covers the subject well. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. - Shudde talk 20:19, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
- This one looks pretty tidy. Just fix the links in "Associated Wikimedia". feydey 17:49, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
- As feydey pointed out, the portal looks good. A few suggestions —
-
- The Rugby union Portal → The Rugby Union Portal
- I don't think If you are looking for information regarding rugby league please go to the Rugby League Portal. is needed is that portal is linked to the Related portals box.
- Archive → More articles...
|thumbshould be removed from the biographies so the pictures don't appear as thumbnails.- Recent News → Recent news
- In the news box, Month Day : → Month Day:
- In the Featured Content box, Articles: → Articles (the colon is not needed); same with Lists:.
- I would suggest Articles requiring expansion → Things to do and then also merge the Collaboration of the fortnight box with it.
- Since the portal has randomized elements, Purge server cache should be removed from the bottom and Show new selections should be added in the middle (as an example, see the World War I portal).
- Happy editing, [sd] 05:36, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
