I'm quite willing to convert and my other diagrams this to SVG format if I can find the right software. The original (vector) file is Microstation DGN format - there is software available to convert from DGN to SVG, but it costs $200 (about £100) - more than I'm willing to pay to convert about 5 files. I haven't looked too much into Inkscape yet, but I suspect it will mean redrawing from scratch, rather than converting.
