The Rufous-tailed Xenops (Xenops milleri) is a species of bird in the Furnariidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
