The Rufous-headed Pygmy-tyrant (Pseudotriccus ruficeps) is a species of bird in the Tyrannidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
