The Rufous-eared Brush-finch (Atlapetes rufigenis) is a species of bird in the Emberizidae family. It is endemic to Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, and rural gardens. It is threatened by habitat loss.
