Many say he has got unique sounds and also produces variety of music such as Grime Beat, Variety Hip Hop and Rnb Tracks. ( Ex:- Club banging Swiss Beatz, Ryan Leslie, Scott Storch and Timbaland Beats. Your Kanye Soft Melody with the voice sample going throughout the track. Your Mannie Fresh N-Dot beats. N-Dot has also got what it takes to be a produce likes of Dr Dre, Chad Beatz Hip Hop tracks etc. As your can see quite a lot of Influence there.
