The Rueppell's Glossy-starling (Lamprotornis purpuroptera) is a species of starling in the Sturnidae family. It is found in Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda.
