Rudhaen was born in New Brunswick, NJ on August 30, 1983. She has since lived in Plainfield, NJ, Stockton Springs, ME, Portland, ME, Kennebunk, ME, New Orleans, LA and New York, NY. Rudhaen currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
Rudhaen attended Tulane University and finished her B.A. with a concentration in cultural studies and media at Eugene Lang College in 2005. She is currently an M.A. student in the Sociology Department of the New School for Social Research.
