This image is of a cover of an audio recording, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the album or the artist(s) which produced the recording or cover artwork in question. I believe this copyrighted inmage meets U.S. fair use policy on the pages Rubén González and Buena Vista Social Club because

• it is a low resolution copy of an LP cover;
• it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the LP in any way;
• no free alternative is available;
• it's use is commensurate with usage throughout discographies and album listings across the world wide web;
• it's low resolution means copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on a CD or LP.
