Description	Created for Wikipedia:SVG Help - Result of creating an SVG containing black circle with a std. dev of 55.952079 rastering using inkscape, and then doing the same in RSVG, then dividing the two values together (i forgot which was divided by which.) Note that it is not uniform. Something is afoot!
Source	self-made with inkscape version: Inkscape 0.45.1 (Mar 21 2007), rsvg version 2.16.1, division in gimp version 2.4.4
