Quite right. The Barber-Surgeons of Dublin got their charter from the Lord of Ireland (AKA King Henry VI of England) before the surgeons of Edinburgh got theirs from the King of Scotland. NRPanikker (talk) 18:54, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
