[edit] Pre-GA questions

While I was copy editing, I came across a few questions:

  • The first sentence (Roy Heffernan was the "ring name" of Laurence Roy Heffernan (1926 - September 24, 1993) was an Australian retired professional wrestler.) seems awkwardly worded. I think something like Roy Heffernan (1926 - September 24, 1993), also known as by his "ring name" Laurence Roy Heffernan, was an Australian retired professional wrestler would be better. I could be wrong, but I think the standard format for all Wikipedia articles is to name the article's subject in bold, followed directly by the life dates.
  • I'm an ignorant American :), so I'm afraid I'm not too great with world geography. What does the NSW in Lithgow NSW stand for? Is it New South Wales? Whatever it stand for, spell it out and wikilink it.
  • The very last sentence of under the Fabulous Kangaroos heading is confusing. Right before it, it talks about the team's last run in 1965 and splitting up...then I assume it talks about what they did after they split up, but the date is 1953. Either the date is wrong, or that sentence needs to be moved up to be in chronological order.
  • Do you know what his exact position was while he was a part of running WCW in Australia? That would be interesting to know.
  • Another interesting thing to know would be what "The Boomerang" move was. I don't think it matters if you can't find it though, it won't fail GA because of that.

I think that is everything. Nikki311 23:57, 17 January 2008 (UTC)
