Roy Stuart Brown

Roy Stuart Brown (1888- ? ) was an American aviator, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. A major in the United States Army Air Service, he was in charge of pilots' schools and experimental work during World War I. In 1919-21 he saw service in the Philippine Islands.
