Please do not add indiscriminate links to country articles. It is considered spam and will be removed from the articles. Sure! External links for the India page are meant for content on India as a whole which includes history, geography, economy etc. Poverty is a narrow topic, and as such the link, if informational, belongs in Poverty in India.
