I think this is not especially neutral or notable and is probably self-promotion, accordingly cut from the article:
The town is also known for dentistry and is popular with Italians, Germans and UK residents as prices are significantly lower. Most practices promote 'dental tourism' either providing or arranging accommodation for their patients and carrying out dental work. The Dental Implantoprosthetic Centre in the centre of Rovinj and TRIDENT - Centre for cosmetic dentistry and implantology are two most famous practices, not just in Rovinj but in whole region. http://www.thedentaltourist.co.uk
