[edit] Original research?

The "Use in non-linear video editing" section seems a lot like either original research or a copy and paste job. It also doesn't give enough background information to make it relevant to the article or to someone unfamiliar with non-linear editing. I think the whole section should be rewritten.

I'm not so certain. It certainly looks sloppy and needs a thorough cleanup, but nothing that I see written seems to be original research; I would presume that a copyvio can be easily googled for. In any case, it is worth pointing out that the article has issues and needs a lot of work. Girolamo Savonarola 20:02, 18 September 2006 (UTC)
