Roudnice nad Labem (IPA: [ˈroʊ̯dɲɪtsɛ ˈnadlabɛm]; German: Raudnitz) is a town in the Ústí nad Labem Region in Czech Republic, north of Prague. It is located on the river Labe. The current population is about 13,500.
Now a modern town, it dates back to mid-12th century and is known for its eventful history and beautiful castles.
