The Rotten Calder is a river to the east of East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire, Scotland.
It begins as the Calder Water in Langlands Moss peat bogs, becoming the Rotten Calder after it joins with the Rotten Burn to the south of East Kilbride.
It runs through Calderglen country park, numerous nature trails border the river, in addition to a forest which is part of the park. Otter, Roe Deer and Green Woodpecker can be seen if you're lucky.
