Rothiemay

Rothiemay is a mill town village about an hours drive from Aberdeen, in Scotland. The village is located about 10 minutes drive from the town of Huntly and about 15 minutes from the town of Keith. The village is built mostly with granite stone and is on the banks of the River Deveron, close to where it joins the River Isla. It was the birthplace in 1710 of James Ferguson FRS, instrument-maker and astronomer.
