[edit] NPOV & Comments

With a recent addition, I've been concerned that NPOV might have been breached. The sentence is "And there are all sorts of decorations on the terrain and in the tents that make one stop and think ort are just plain beautiful.". What is peoples opinion on this? I've chosen to leave it in for now, as I'm not experienced in telling when NPOV is breached.

Also, please beware of facts - Green Stage haven't existed since the 2002 festival & all stages, with the exception of Orange Stage, is now inside tents.

2002 was the last year I visited this festival, so I didn't know about the name changes. The sentence about the decorations is by me and I wasn't too happy about it either, but not because it's pov (how does one describe decorations without sounding pov-ish?) but because it sounds lousy. I thought it would improve through other people's edits, so feel free to do with it what you like. Such as deleting it. DirkvdM 04:37, 6 October 2005 (UTC)

One of two biggest festivals in Europe?! What about Polish "Przystanek Woodstock" then? I've read (also on English wiki) that's the biggest gig, held every summer since 90s. So where's the "truth" ? Someone knows, any ideas/answers?

Przystanek Woodstock is listed as "about 150,000 - 380,000" participants while Roskilde lists "almost 110,000" (with 79,000 actually paying) so it looks like Przystanek Woodstock is bigger. // Liftarn

[edit] Reorganisation thoughs?

Been thinking about doing a makeover of this article, perhaps using the Glastonbury article as a template. Any thoughts, ideas or third about what could be added? KDLarsen 17:25, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
