William Roscoe Reynolds is a Democratic member of the Senate of Virginia, representing the 20th District since 1997. Previously he was a member of the Virginia House of Delegates from 1985 to 1997. Prior to his election to the House of Delegates, Reynolds served as Commonwealth's Attorney for Henry County, Virginia.
In 2007, Roscoe Reynolds soundly defeated his opponent 62.88% to 37.06%, winning re-election to the Senate of the Virginia General Assembly.
