Roscoe Karns (7 September 1891 – 6 February 1970), was an American actor. He appeared in nearly 150 films between 1915 and 1964.
He played the title role in the popular DuMont Television Network series "Rocky King, Inside Detective".
He was born in San Bernardino, California and died in Los Angeles, California.
