Ron Shani, born 22.08.1963 in Tel-Aviv, Israel. His home page can be reached at http://ronshani.com Served as a Nuclear Technology Specialist at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) of the UN, between 1996 up to June 2001. Was responsible for the International Nuclear Fuel Cycle Information (NFCIS), an open-source information on Nuclear Fuel Cycle facilities around the world. The system was published on the Internet starting 2001 and is available to all scientists around the world at http://www-nfcis.iaea.org
