When I get to it (should be some time this week), I'll add a "History" section, loosely based on that found in the French version of the article. Also thinking of changing some of the links: the more precise municipality, linking to "Municipalities of Belgium," might be better than municipality. Also, Province, referring to "Provinces of Belgium," might be more useful than Province. If somebody reads this, please let me know what you think before I make the change - thanks a lot.
