This page was recently the subject of a pre-emptive deletion and redir by [User:PDH PDH] aka Petaholmes on the basis that the subject was not notable enough. ([Quote] I am an editor; I can make decisions. I don't need permission) The deletion was apparently carried out without any reference to Wikipedia:Notability (people) or Wikipedia:Deletion policy. The article has been restored by me.
