Ronald Rood

Ronald Rood was an author and naturalist who wrote more than 24 books, including The Loon in My Bathtub, How Do You Spank a Porcupine, It's Going to Sting Me, and Mother Can I Keep This Clam - It Followed Me Home.[1]

In 1988, Ron Rood's Vermont: A Nature Guide was published by The New England Press.[2]

Rood lived in Lincoln, Vermont where he shared a home with his wife of over 50 years, Margaret. He is survived by his 4 children, Jan, Tom, Alison & Roger and his 10 grandchildren.
