Description

Artificially enhanced picture of Ronja beam in heavy fog. The link didn't work in this fog according to the user testimonial at (http://lists.pointless.net/pipermail/ronja/2007-January/009549.html). The original unenhanced picture is at http://images.twibright.com/tns/1f68.html A daylight view without fog is at http://images.twibright.com/tns/1f6d.html. The faint red dot is the transmitter at the other side. One can see the beam doesn't point exactly at the dot. Such a misalignment shouldn't normally be on a properly aimed track, because it contributes to the optical loss and makes the link drop out earlier than necessary.
