The Roman Catholic Diocese of Rapid City (Latin: Dioecesis Rapidopolitana) is a Roman Catholic diocese in South Dakota. It was founded on August 1902,[1] being renamed in August 1, 1930.[2]
The past bishops of the diocese are:[3]
- John Stariha (1916–1948) (Stariha was previously the bishop of the Diocese of Lead, from which the Diocese of Rapid City was formed)
