Roman Catholic Diocese of Nuevo Laredo

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Nuevo Laredo is a suffragan diocese of the Archdiocese of Monterrey. It is located in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. It covers an area of 7,484 Square Miles (19,378 square kilometers) and serves 980,000 habitants of which 86% is Roman Catholic. The Dioceses of Nuevo Laredo was erected in November 6 1989 under "quo Facilius." The Diocese's current Bishop is Ricardo Watty Urquidi.
