The Archdiocese of Alger or Algiers {Latin:Algerien(sis)} is the Metropolitan See for the Ecclesiastical province of Algiers in Algeria.

  • 1838: United with Diocese of Iulia Caesarea
  • July 25, 1866: Promoted as Metropolitan Archdiocese of Algiers/Alger

The seat is Cathédrale Saint-Philippe in Alger. There is also a Minor Basilica at the Basilique de Notre Dame d'Afrique in Algiers.
