[edit] Hog Neck Golf Course

Is this golf course notable at all? Reliable sources are required in order to demonstrate notability and to prevent your article from being deleted as non-encyclopedic. (aeropagitica) 20:20, 1 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your recent edit

Hello again! It is considered a little rude to simply remove tags from articles without addressing why they were placed there in the first place. Notability for the subject of each article has to be asserted and sources cited. If this isn't done then the article can't be used for academic research or reference purposes and may be deleted. Removing the tags doesn't make the problem go away. Can you address the issue and improve the article, please? You can place a {{hangon}} tag on the article now if you require a little time to prepare your references. Leave the original tags in place while you do so please, so other editors can see what the situation is. Thanks, (aeropagitica) 20:28, 1 April 2007 (UTC)

I have removed the Hog Neck Golf Course article because it was a straight copyright violation of [1] and ultimately the Tidewater Times. Please check our WP:COPYRIGHT pages. Wikipedia should not have any copyrighted material, and articles should be a summary (in your own words) of other articles. Fram 19:24, 22 April 2007 (UTC)
