Rolly Forbes is a kind, loving Senior citizen, who is the old voice of reason, he was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on November 4, 1901. Over The Years, Rolly had worked with the holy Deacon Ernest Frye as the chairman and as the ensemble with Thelma, The Reverend, and Amelia and Casseita, but in 1987, Proposed marriage to his love, Leola Henderson (Rosetta LeNoire/Montrose Hagins), basically, in the fourth episode in the first season, Rolly has his eye on her, and asks the Deacon to speak for her on his behalf, the plan suddenly backfires, thinking that Deacon Frye likes Leona, but he has his eye on the other waitress, Hannah, and realizes that he does not know Leona.
Rolly Forbes is a quiet, smart, and the old voice-of reason, who help out many people (even in the church) with their problems.
