I'm one of the thousands of volunteer editors at the English-language Wikipedia and I wonder if you might give your permission for your photo to be uploaded to the article about rollatini there, as the representative photo for this dish:

I know, the article is very short (I just started it in January 2007, as there was no article on this subject previously), but the hope is that people who have more knowledge will eventually add to it. It would be great to have a photo there, though.

As per Wikipedia's policies, your photo would need to be released under a "free" license, meaning that the photo could be reused by anyone for any reason (including educational, commercial, or any other use).
