What the heck is "Volunteer corn"??
Corn that grows unintended from the previous season or crop. These volunteer or rogue corn plants can sometimes be seen as taller or shorter in plant height than the intended, planted corn. Thus, one rogues or conducts roguing to remove these undesired plants. The most common occurance is in a field of seed corn or soybeans (alternate season crop).
