Any more information on the early History of Caps would be welcome. I believe it became a standard for similar programs across the country. Also..re:the bus routes, lets add the thourougfare, Ashland, Clark, etc. behind the #'s... Also, I'd like to add a positive sounding entry about Rogers Park's many nursing homes and half-way house type facilities. While many residents may deplore having this population represented in our community others feel its part of the diversity we see every day.--Buster7 (talk) 20:04, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
