[edit] Quaker

What evidence is available to indicate that he was a Quaker? The article categorises him as an "English Quaker". === Vernon White (talk) 00:11, 26 November 2006 (UTC)

Well he was raised Quaker but I don't think he was one as an adult. The person adding the cat Quaker seems to have gone overboard and listing even former Quakers as Quakers.--Erp 20:41, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
As far as I know he wasn't a quaker in his adulthood. I'll have ask his grandson (Alan Fry) though next time we chat.--TheDrew 05:36, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
