All this tale needs for perfect irony is for Nance to have been sodomized in prison. Sometimes real life just falls a little short... -- Someone else 04:04 7 Jul 2003 (UTC)

It has occurred to me that Mr. Nance may not be the Bible-thumping homophobe I envision him to be. If he were, he might have had a higher profile through this case. I think it might be possible Nance was himself gay, and that this may really have been a lovers' quarrel that got out of hand. However, this is pure speculation. Whatever the truth, and however base his intentions, Mr. Nance is probably owed a beverage of his choice by gloating left-wing libertarians like me. Branden 04:19 7 Jul 2003 (UTC)
Imagine if it was a squabble over whether to wear white after Labor Day or whether Callas was a greater singer than Adelina Patti....I hope some ambitious reporter ferrets the truth out for us. Regardless, it's still nice that he spent time in jail and no one else did. <G> -- Someone else 04:24 7 Jul 2003 (UTC)
