Roger Skerning (or Roger de Skerning) was a medieval Bishop of Norwich.

He was a monk of Norwich Cathedral before he was elected Prior of Norwich in 1257.[1]
He was elected to the see of Norwich on January 23, 1266 and was consecrated on April 4, 1266.[2]
He died on January 22, 1278.[3]
