Roger Karoutchi

Roger Karoutchi is the Secretary of State for Parliamentary Relations in the French government of François Fillon. He is a French politician born in Casablanca in a Sephardi family settled in Morocco in the XVIIIth century, coming from Livorno.

He wrongly claims on his official CV to have graduated from Sciences-Po [1].
