Roger Hollett, nicknamed "The Hulk", is a Canadian Mixed Martial Artist fighting out of Halifax, Nova Scotia. He has competed in various events such as: ECC, Extreme Cage Combat and MFC, Maximum Fighting Championship. From April 29th, 2006 to October 20th, 2007, Roger put together a 7 fight win streak; winning all of his matches via Knockout or Submission. Hollett recently tasted defeat for the very first time when he lost via TKO to Lew Polley on October, 20th, 2007 in his hometown of Halifax.[1]
[edit] Injuries
Hollett has been sidelined tempoarily due to torn ligaments in his left knee (ACL, MCL & Miniscus). The injuries occurred during a take down attempt by Lew Polley in their October 20th match. He hopes to be back as soon as the summer of 2008.[2]
