Roger Cassidy Clinton, Jr. (born July 25, 1956) is an American actor and half-brother of President Bill Clinton.

Clinton, Jr. was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, the son of Virginia Clinton Kelley (1923–1994) and Roger Clinton, Sr., who were Bill Clinton's mother and stepfather, respectively.

As a child Bill often had to protect Roger from his periodically alcoholic and abusive father.[1] Roger became a musician and formed a rock band, which Bill Clinton described as talented in his autobiography. When Bill was Governor of Arkansas, Roger was arrested for cocaine possession in 1984 and served a year in federal prison.[2] Subsequently, his brother granted him a pardon amongst the list of pardons issued on January 19, 2001.

However, Roger continued to court legal trouble. On February 17, 2001, he was arrested and charged with two counts of drunken driving and one for disturbing the peace. In a deal that spared him jail time, Roger Clinton pleaded guilty to a non-alcohol-related charge of reckless driving.

He has guest-starred on a number of television shows, including The Nanny, Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, and Cybill. He also played the character of Mayor Bubba in Pumpkinhead II: Blood Wings, and more recently, himself in the film Fred Claus.[3]
